The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Revenue Leader to join our team during a critical growth phase. You will be responsible for building and executing our go-to-market strategy as we drive customer conversions, expand our product offerings, and scale our business across enterprise clients and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy across direct sales, partnerships, and potential new channels
  • Lead and scale the sales team, driving pipeline development and conversion through both existing customers and new logos
  • Build and nurture key strategic relationships with enterprise customers, partners, consultants, and brokers in the benefits and HR technology ecosystem
  • Develop module-based pricing and packaging strategies, balancing long-term value against immediate customer needs
  • Create compelling ROI frameworks that clearly demonstrate value to benefits and HR buyers
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to position our offerings effectively against competitors
  • Establish a structured sales methodology and implement tools to support efficient sales operations
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership team and board on market opportunities, competitive landscape, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales and revenue leadership, with a track record of exceeding growth targets
  • Experience selling HR or benefits technology solutions to enterprise customers preferred
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams through multiple growth stages
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and channel relationships as force multipliers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, particularly within HR, benefits, or related domains
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build relationships with C-level buyers
  • Experience developing pricing models, ROI frameworks, and value propositions for B2B SaaS products
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive revenue growth in an evolving product landscape
