Envive is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key initiative focused on improving conversion and engagement across our platform. This role blends deep product thinking, growth experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes for both the business and our customers.

You'll work across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define strategy, execute fast cycles of learning, and scale successful experiences across verticals and use cases.

What You’ll Drive

Conversion & Engagement Optimization

  • Drive core KPIs by improving the end-to-end experience of prospective users and customers.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities inside and outside of chat-based interfaces.
  • Design adaptive UX and messaging strategies tailored to different customer journeys.

Experimentation Infrastructure

  • Lead a rigorous A/B testing program spanning UI, behavioral logic, and ML-driven personalization.
  • Partner with engineering and data to build scalable experimentation tooling.

Vertical Product-Market Fit

  • Identify and prioritize verticals where the product sees strong traction.
  • Analyze which features or user experiences matter most in each and why.
  • Translate insights into scalable patterns and repeatable success.

Scalable, Self-Serve Implementation

  • Shape a modular, plug-and-play deployment model that reduces setup friction.
  • Help streamline onboarding and performance tuning to maximize ROI for customers.

AI Performance & Learning Loops

  • Contribute to systems that measure the quality and accuracy of AI-driven experiences in a commercial context.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define optimization frameworks and feedback loops.

Customer Insights & Dashboards

  • Build customer-facing tools that surface clear performance metrics and value delivery.
  • Empower CSMs and customers with self-serve analytics and qualitative insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep experience with growth/product experimentation and conversion optimization
  • Ability to articulate hypotheses, structure experiments, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong product intuition and a design sense
  • A curious mindset about AI/ML systems. You don’t need to be an expert, but you want to understand how they work and how to improve them
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing product landscapes + ability to bring structure and clarity to it.
  • Strong cross-functional communication—you know how to gather input, create alignment, and represent product in front of customers

Location

  • Seattle HQ — We’re hybrid, but this role is in-person 2-3x per week.
