This is not a “manage a backlog” role - this is a sleeves-rolled-up, work-in-the-trenches position where you’ll turn priorities into action and ship impact at pace.

What you’ll do

• Translate & execute: Understand product priorities, distill them into clear goals, and orchestrate the path to delivery.
• Program management: Coordinate across teams, remove blockers, and keep timelines tight without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Customer-focused decision making: Make smart trade-offs at the feature level to maximize customer value while hitting delivery commitments.
• Dive into the details: Jump into technical discussions with engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and fast problem-solving.
• Run special projects: Run high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch, often in ambiguous or undefined spaces.

Who you are

• Experienced: 5+ years in product management, ideally with e-commerce or high-consideration purchase experience.
• End-to-end owner: Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch.
• Bias for action: You ship, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Ambiguity navigator: You can take loose ideas and turn them into concrete, executable deliverables.
• Technical conversationalist: Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and architecture with engineering teams.
