We are seeking an Senior Event Marketing Manager to support our PLGTM.com conference and Inflection.io field marketing.

About the role

You will be spearheading events and field marketing for Inflection.io which includes our flagship PLGTM.com Summit event. This past year it was held in San Francisco and included 465 people over 2 days. In addition, we run smaller field marketing events throughout the year, primarily in San Francisco and New York.

Responsibilities include

• Owning end-to-end PLGTM.com Summit, a multi-day event in San Francisco.

• Owning end-to-end PLGTM.com field marketing events, usually smaller 1 day activations.

• Owning Inflection.io component at these events and other 3rd party events, including (and particularly) sales dinners, happy hours, booth sponsorships, etc.

Candidate requirements

• Currently travel to the US for executing field marketing events. No exceptions.

• Have a passport and B-1 or similar visa for traveling to the US. No exceptions.

• Currently or have very recently worked at a technology company in a field marketing, events marketing, or similar role. No exceptions.

• Work with a significant and sufficient amount of US overlapping hours. No exceptions.

• Are incredibly detail oriented, no/low ego, driven to succeed, and not satisfied with average level work. No exceptions.
