This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, loves making things run smoothly, and knows how to get things done behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with gifting, errands, or special occasions

Who You Are:

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.
  • High trust: you handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Startup experience or supporting multiple leaders at once is a big plus
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus
  • While the position is mostly remote, candidate must live around the Portland, OR area for occasional in-person assistance.

Compensation:

$35/hr + opportunity to grow with us. This position will start as a part time contractor, but may grow into a FTE role. We are new to working with an EA and are unsure how much of your time we may require. Flexibility is key.
