What You’ll Do:

Architect and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance our marketplace, creator management, and analytics capabilities.

Develop, deploy, and scale AI models including LLMs, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

Integrate, process, and manage large-scale data sets to drive personalization and improve user engagement.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.

Continuously experiment with new AI frameworks and methodologies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Must-Haves:

3+ years experience building and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production.

Demonstrated expertise with LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI-powered recommendation systems.

Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment and management.

Proven track record in designing scalable data pipelines and managing large data sets effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of quickly adapting and iterating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous experience in influencer marketing, marketplaces, or creator economy platforms.

Experience with vector databases and embedding models.

Familiarity with modern AI tools, including agentic AI applications.

Startup experience, particularly in early-stage environments.
