What You’ll Do:

Own and execute Limelight’s comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Continuously optimize the growth funnel through rigorous experimentation, analytics, and testing.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance the customer journey and drive adoption.
Identify and implement product-led growth initiatives, aligning closely with the product team.
Develop and leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and manage resources efficiently.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.
Establish clear KPIs and reporting structures to monitor and communicate growth outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and growth team as we scale.

Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in growth analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Demonstrated ability to successfully execute both strategic initiatives and tactical day-to-day tasks.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous experience in marketplaces, influencer platforms, or creator-focused SaaS products.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and technologies.
Experience scaling teams and building growth processes from scratch.
Background in launching new products or entering new markets.
