What we do:
Oumi provides an all-in-one platform to build state-of-the-art AI models, end to end, from data preparation to production deployment, empowering innovators to build cutting-edge models at any scale. Oumi also develops open foundation models in collaboration with academic collaborators and the open community.
Our Approach:
Oumi is fundamentally an open-source first company, with open-collaboration across the community as a core principle. Our work is:

Community-powered: We believe in the power of open-collaboration and welcome contributions from researchers and developers worldwide.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for our first Product Manager to own the Enterprise Platform roadmap. This is an extremely high impact role. You’ll be in the weeds with users, working side-by-side with engineers, and in front of the whiteboard figuring out strategy – and sometimes all in the same afternoon.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers, engineering, research, and GTM teams – turning cutting-edge capabilities into products enterprises can’t live without. You’ll thrive if you’re a self-starter and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
You will:
Drive the enterprise platform roadmap: set strategy, select priorities, define requirements, and deliver features that drive adoption, impact, and revenue.
Ensure we stay differentiated and ahead of the curve by integrating features for emerging model capabilities.
Go deep with customers: Engage with enterprise users to understand workflows, pain points, and needs and translate them into product features.
Partner with engineering: Collaborate closely with our engineering and research team to bring capabilities that move the needle into production.
Team up w/ GTM: Support sales cycles, onboard customers, and close the feedback loop.
Measure success: Oversee product launches, measure outcomes, and refine the product strategy based on user data, feedback, and evolving market trends, ensuring enterprise readiness.
Be a problem solver: Operate at a level 4-5 on this hierarchy.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: 5+ years of PM experience, including time spent on ML/AI platforms and/or developer tools.
Technical literacy: Comfortable developing features that touch model eval, finetuning, platform architecture with engineering teams.
Experience building enterprise-grade products with complex integrations, security requirements, and multiple user personas.
Exceptional execution skills: You can manage ambiguity, move fast, and deliver high quality outputs.
Quick learner: Ability to quickly get smart on unfamiliar technical and business domains.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to work effectively with designers, backend engineers, and domain experts.
Values alignment: Beneficial for all, Customer-obsessed, Radical Ownership, Exceptional Teammates, Science-grounded.

Experience:

Benefits:
Competitive salary: $150,000 - $220,000
