Product Marketing Manager
Yoodli
Who we are:
Reports to: Betsy McKibbin, Head of Marketing
Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. Whether it’s a sales pitch, manager feedback session, or media interview, Yoodli ovides private, judgment-free, just-in-time coaching. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Toastmasters, and Dale Carnegie use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers. The result is stronger performance, greater team readiness, and a more scalable path to impact.
We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: a new AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. People don’t learn from slides: they learn through dialogue, questions, and iteration. Yoodli makes that process interactive, personalized, and always up to date. It’s learning that feels fun, builds confidence, and finally lets organizations measure the ROI of training.
We’ve $40M in Series B funding, doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can define how the world understands, experiences, and adopts Yoodli. You’ll own product positioning and messaging, translating user insights, market dynamics, and product innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and long-term value.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll ensure Yoodli is solving the right problems for the right audiences, that our value is clearly articulated, and that our go-to-market efforts are grounded in real customer needs. As a core strategic partner, you’ll help shape launches, enable internal sales and CS teams, and reinforce Yoodli’s differentiation in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling:
Define and maintain Yoodli’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across audiences, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives that resonate with users, buyers, and partners. - Lead go-to-market and launch execution:
Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships—driving adoption, engagement, and retention across segments. - Champion customer and market insight:
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and communication pain points; map user journeys to strengthen positioning and product-market fit. - Build durable, AI-supported market knowledge:
Create and maintain AI-assisted repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams. - Own and enable product marketing collateral end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of product marketing collateral, working closely with the design team to create high-impact assets. Translate product features into clear creative briefs with recommended visuals, while maintaining decks, one-pagers, messaging guides, and FAQs that help tell the Yoodli story across audiences.
- Support experimentation and continuous feedback loops:
Pair human judgment with AI-assisted drafting, iteration, and feedback to improve speed, consistency, and messaging precision.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles (SaaS, B2C, or tech preferred)
- Experience crafting messaging and creating sales collateral for B2B SaaS teams such as pitch decks, one pagers, white papers and other enablement assets
- Proven experience launching and scaling products from early-stage through growth
- Strong storytelling and AI copy generation skills—able to translate complex technology into clear, human, and inspiring narratives
- Analytical and customer-obsessed mindset, with comfort using data and qualitative insights to guide decisions
- Pragmatic fluency with AI-enabled product marketing: experience using AI to improve research synthesis, messaging iteration, enablement, or knowledge management. Paired with sound judgment about where AI adds meaningful value versus noise.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
